LSH TOCS

Now in its 18th edition, the Total Office Cost Survey (TOCS) is the most informative independent survey of its type, providing detailed cost head information for office accommodation across over 50 locations in the UK.

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) asked Konstructive how this invaluable guide could be brought to life on-line. The site needed to be developed quickly in order to hit a tight deadline. Konstructive chose the Dotmailer Landing Pages builder to build the site given the speed and power of the tool.

The site includes sections for latest findings, insights and an ‘explore costs’ section, that allows the occupational costs from multiple locations across the UK to be compared. The results are shown in a highly interactive way with both tables and graphs.
