Most famous for promotional pens, today they provide a wide range of personalised promotional items that help turns a prospect into a customer.

The challenge

National Pens provide a vast range of products, with many options to personalise their product. Compounded by complex promotional offers. 

The brief

National Pens came to Konstructive for help with the design and UX to help make the purchase process simpler for their customers.

What we did

We started by undertaking a benchmarking exercise across their competitors and other similar sites to understand what was best-in-class. 

Through careful analysis, we optimised the process for managing the presentation of the range and associated promotions. As part of this program of activities, we paid special attention to the checkout process, optimising the process at every step.
